Pitch control plugin?

I'm using the ancient Pitchfork plugin with winamp, which has loads of lag and doesn't display properly in windows 7. Is there a good plugin for winamp pitch control?
Or another program that has it? Foobar is sad cause you have to go into a sub-menu to get the pitch adjust.

Why would you want to use a Winamp pitch plugin anyway?
