Making this sound?

How do I make this sound, and more importantly what's the theme to?

taken from TV Show Dual Survivor. They play it over and over and over but I can't put my finger on it. I thought it might be MetLife's theme but I think that's Charlie Brown. So what's this from?

what sound? The reversed cymbal or marimbas (xylophone? I'm not sure which, but it's mallet perc.)?
