Who's the best electronic music composer in Toronto? We're looking to hire for 1 trac

Can you guys let me know who you think is the best of the best in Toronto for producing electronic music (house/electronic/dance) that would be willing to work for hire. Guys like Deadmou5 are doing their own stuff, but I'm assuming there is a tier below the A-listers that would work with an artist on putting a track together.
