Im obviously cooler than you as I'm not as angry and rage filled as you (i was after 3 hours or so...). I think cutting down may be the answer dood, not completely quitting...it's what I did...smoked less...and smoked lights....and now i only get a craving when I drink (which is fairly often of late)..try it
