Which is the best Software Program to make strings like the rank1's or ferry corsten??

I would say Reason 2..

you get the orkester sound bank which is laced with realistic violins and great strings, and you can always get analogue samples from synths like the jp8000 and blend them in with the sampler.

Yeah, I also would say Reason... I've heard some veeery good Rank1 style tracks made using only Reason.
