yea i saw that dubstep was taking over his time slot on radio one.....fucking nuts
Good for him having a solid follow up to his DJ career.
That's awesome. He's getting older and I'm sure he wants to settle down with his family.

he couldnt reach international massive event stage headliner status and so he called it a day and moves on. good for him. i think he was opener for atb, who was opener for pvd during that event with the pvd/atb fiasco.

This article got me thinking that I gotta go back to school. Ironically, I've always wanted to become a lawyer too.

One of the first DJs I ever saw live about 5 years ago. His set at How Sweet It Is 09 still remains one of my all time favorites. The man was entertaining and funny on the mic. Also a damn proud Arsenal FC fan, go Gunners!
Armin went to law school, too, so he could follow suit one day. Armin even went back to school to finish his degree after he had already blown up. Gotta respect him a little bit for that!
lol....one day we're actually gonna hear: "now presiding: the honorable judge jules"

I would trade playing CD's for $10-50k a night all over the world over being a lawyer any day!
do not go to law school. trust me... just... don't.

True, it's that way with most careers right now. Almost everyone I know who has gotten a decent job in the last year or two has gotten it through connections. It's certainly not limited to law.

Why did he settle for being a lawyer when he could be the JUDGE! Sorry, couldn't resist
Seriously, how cool would that be to have a world-famous headliner DJ as your lawyer?

It depends on how good of a school you come from. I know a girl who graduated from NYU (~ top 5 last I heard) and went into patent law making >200k right away. Now, if you're trying to get a low-mid tier law degree you'll be in a lot more trouble when you graduate...
