What would you do....
For reasons I will not get into here, I can only go to one show next month, but the following artists are going to be playing shows at my local club next month and I need to decide which one to see:
1.Ferry corsten
2.Armin Van Buuren
3.Paul Oakenfold
4.Sasha
I've seen Oakenfold earlier this year and his set was VERY good, but it was in a stadium which sucked. I would like to see him in a small club to see what he can really do. Corsten, is one of my favorite producers of all time and pretty much wrote all my favorite songs of 2000 and 2001 and I haven't seen him yet. Armin, plays the best songs in his mixes, and I've never seen him. Sasha will just plain bore me unless I bring a lot of drugs.
What would you do?

I don't know if I could choose but I wouldn't go for Sasha unless you want progressive (which I enjoy as warm up tunage but not all night 
) and not Oakey if you've already seen him.
Just saw Ferry in Ibiza and he was on top form, made Judge Jules look like a right prick (even more than he looks usually) when they did back to back for half an hour. I'd probably choose him coz he gets well into his sets and its always good when they start leaping around smiling at the crowd 
BTW whats your local nightclub it sounds pretty good!?!
Cross out Sasha,then make a random draw on the remaining three.You'll have a wicked night no matter which one of these you go to.

Dude, don't even think twice about it- Armin van Buuren would be your best bet. He knows how to work a crowd and his selection is always top quality. I haven't been to an AVB performance yet and felt disappointed. The man knows what he is doing. TRUST ME. Ferry's not too shabby himself...
id probably go for armin
count 1 more for AvB,he's definetely worth it
erm....... ARMIN easy
actually. how long is each DJ gonna be on? coz if armin has a really small slot and ferry has a banging 2-3hour slot then ur gonna wanna go with Ferry. You get what i mean 
i would find it difficult to choose between armin and ferry!
Hard between Oakey and Sasha....

I can understand why some people might suggest AvB, but if I were you, I'd go see Ferry.

Oakenfold 2nd Armin and Corsten tie for 3rd
Sasha hands down. Sorry progressive is the influence as of now.
First and foremost - I'm jealous.
Second, I'd personally either want to see Oaky in a small venue, but if I'd already seen him, definately Ferry.
I would go for Armin VB 100%

I would gauge on who I had already seen, as well as who I was least likely to have a chance to see again, as well as who I would most like to see.
Which means I would have to decide between Ferry and Armin.
Seeing as I know I will be seeing Armin within the next year, I assume I would probably decide to go see Ferry.
why can't you go see all, or maby two, like ferry or armin.
i like ferrys style more, but i love armins aslo, it would be a hard choice, but i think armin, because i havn't heard and ferry sets recently so i don't no what he's like atm
Ok, I've decided to see Corsten. Here's the reasons why:
1. It's on a better weekend for me.
2. I really like his productions
3. I want to see AVB bad, but I can only choose one and it looks like he is young so I'm sure he will be back again soon.
4. Oakenfold has been around the bay area a lot lately so I'm sure I'll get another chance to see him in the near future
So, anyone else going to see Ferry Corsten at 1015 on 9/20?
Anyone have any examples of his sets as of late?
Not really any track listing, but when I saw him on the 11th of this month, he played his own "Punk" and "Out of the Blue" (which always goes down VERY well!) but I can tell you that every tune was FULL ON trance, good breakdowns and loads floaty bits. If thats what you like - you'll have a blinder!
