Too bad America isn't like that

Yeah, too bad

Can someone please translate the video into English, please? What are they saying? I'm really angry at this apparent cowardice

you'd do the same to your enemies if you and your boys had sticks, Lira. Don't act all high and mighty.

No I wouldn't! If I were a copper and wanted to arrest someone, I'd arrest them; if I were a protester and wanted to protest, I'd refrain from violence; and if some gung ho protester decided to attack the police, I'd find a way to stop them.

I'll attempt a rough translation:

"To the ones who defend the military council. To the deluded/absent-minded who think the military force and the people/citizens are one/united.
To the "Janazouri" (I think it means the people of "Janzur" in Libya) am I mistaken?.. And finally, are these the best soldiers we can get?/is this really the best we can do?"

God Bless America... oh this is another country. Move along, nothing to see here.

One thing I found interesting is, the guy covers up the woman's bra and starts to beat her again

What is interesting, Egyptians can do this to each other, but they won't become martyrs. Yet when Israel kills or beats an Arab, people come out of the wood work blaming Israel for crimes against humanity and so forth. Arabs start strapping bombs to themselves. It seems the only true oppressors in that region is Israel and not the nation they live in, hypocrites!

Got to love the topsy-turvy world we live in.

I guess a little pepper spray in the eyes doesn't look so bad now.

I thought they were done with the protest stuff over there once they got Mubarak out of office...I guess military occupation isn't good enough? People always ask for more..

I see you've decided to go with the 'creepy vibe' persona.

The avatar kind of gives it away though

I had somehow hoped that it was a satire of Ayn Rand as the upshot of her essential philosophy is made quite evident each time Atlas shrugs.
