Under the video, click "Share" or the equivalent in your language. Then click the "Embed"-button, copy the contents and paste it in your post.

Or right click at the video and select the 4th option, think it should say something like "copy embed code". Right clicking at vids above it's the 3th option below "Video URL copy". My language is set to Dutch so that won't help you.
With using "Share" at Youtube I can't see Embed code any more for some reason, just a link, that why I now use the above.

Yeah it was really hard to figure out you had to click the Embed-button after clicking Share to get the embed-code.

Well apparently it was, also for me. Actually if they would have called it Embed it was clear, but they translated it to "enclose" in Dutch I now see.
So thanks a lot for the wake up call
All that translation stuff really is starting to get annoying lately.
