EDM Concerts Recreated From Fan Footage

A new music startup called "Switchcam" is algorithmically recreating concerts by stitching together fan footage. The video is all synced up to the exact second so that you can switch camera angles and still be in the same moment in the concert.

Thanks for the feedback...not trying to be spammy, just honest and upfront Plus I am an EDM fanatic, so if anyone can appreciate what we are trying to build here its you guys.

Thanks for the feedback and...WORD.

We are currently in Beta and are limiting our users through FB connect. We are a small scrappy four person startup getting our Beta group of users. We wont abuse your info or anything, just need to get our first solid batch of users.

On another note in the last week we picked up 4 Ultra tickets that we will be giving away for free to our users...its not officially announced yet, but yeah its happening.

Anyways you guys rule and I hope that connecting with FB isnt too much of a turn off...

i watched some of the video, seemed cool at first, but the angle pretty much stayed the same all the way out, and apart from a few zoom-in/outs i noticed nothing spectacular. ill admit i skipped through the latter two thirds.

i got kinda bored and noticed all the people with cameras, and of course not everything gets uploaded, but surely there must be enough material to select from to be abit more creative? faster cameraswitching, and get a better sound source. I was gonna go back and check out the sound quality in the video, cus I couldn't remember if it was bad or not, and now it tells me I need to "join switchcam"? Fuck off!

Thanks for all the feedback. We hear that alot of people dont or will never connect with FB. We are exploring different ways to authenticate people, and at the same time we are a very small team (only 4 of us) and between building an HQ audio feature, design, and maybe leaving the office at some point it could take a little while...

We really appreciate those of you that are watching the EDM events that we have on the site and enjoying them. You guys are our Beta users, the early adopters. So yeah, thanks for kicking ass.
