The '90s Progressive/Trancey Breaks Thread
I ain't talking about your post-millenial twinkle-prog Luke Chable shit. I'm talking about the real shit. The high tempo, tweaking acid funkin', sample-anything shit. I want more of this:
Post 'em if you got 'em.
Eh... those are all class tunes, but I guess I should have been more specific. I don't want more ambient house soft breakbeat tracks like stuff from NE. I've got more of that stuff than I know what to do with. I want real dancefloor tracks, the stuff obviously meant to be played at peak time.
REAL HARDXXCORE SHIT
hmmm.... how about the Florida stuff?
Noise Unit - Penance (Drill is a deadly album)
it's labelled as psybreaks, but i can't classify this at all. would be reeally nice to sample the first two minutes and mix it with something else. more Noise Unit, for instance.
Snake Thing - Scorch

Man I love this kind of stuff, a lot of my early EDM consisted of this type. Hope these somewhat help or lead you to something your looking for. Track down that Excession Recordings CD as well, Sasha really seemed to be in that sound for a bit.Other labels I suggest are Moonshine Green(that label had so many acid sprinkled on breakbeats)and Astralwerks. DJ Icey might be worth checking out too.
Yeah?
Tailsman & Hudson - warmth -reheated
one of the sexiest tracks that has ever came out...btw how do did you guys have the image of youtube on the page?
