I read a few threads on the forum saying that Tiesto's new album was to be released on the 9th of April...yet I haven't see or heard anything about it?

Tiesto's working on the Gouryella album with Corsten and his own solo-album before he does Magik 7... i dont know when either Gouryella or his Solo album comes out but im guessin they'll be pretty damn impressive.

Actually, I talked to Tiesto when I met him in New Orleans last night. He said that he had just recorded Magik 7 at the Mayan theatre in Los Angeles on April 18th. So, we're going to have another live Magik cd. In his opinion, the mix is "fucking incredible". He said the crowd was one of the best he'd ever played for. He didn't say when it was going to be released.

Well, Magik 6 is recorded on June 23rd and it's released in the Netherlands on August 14th... So Magik 7 will be around end June in shops I guess.

Magik 7 has been recorded last Wednesday (the 18th of April) @ The Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles. All that's left now is Mastering and some minor editing. So I'm sure that we can expect this baby to arrive within 3 month!

This following tracks are confirmed that they were played during this liveset, altho not necessarily in this order!

I met Tiesto over the weekend, in DC. He was interesting to talk to, to say the least. He did indeed record Magik 7 in LA. No word on a release as of yet, probably early summer. How many other big DJ's can you hang out with, and buy a drink? Nice meeting you Tijs... the CD will be in the mail soon.

You're gonna love Magik 7!

I was able to check out the Mayan that night for Tiesto's LA show and it was incredible. The best show I've ever been to. So yes, you people will love it if you love Tiesto's stuff.
