I'd prefer to be a bit more personal but third person is better for the copy and paste culture of the Internet. Trust me, writing promo copy for myself feels weird, and I haven't written much in the third person before... but when I see my mixes cross-posted with a description in the first person it feels even weirder.

To be honest... I've been writing so much copy lately that I didn't even realize I don't usually do it this way.

Edited to throw down the first person text I wrote on FB

Hey mate, nice mix. Nice and slow, trippy, and that moogy/acidy oldskool vibe. Mixing was fantastic. I enjoyed this thoroughly. Thanks for all the music and everything you do

I hope this mix is doing the rounds...

I've had plans to do this type of mix for years. And even include some of the tracks you chose (Cairo for instance). Wicked tracklist dude. The best I've seen here in ages. Definitely grabbing this.

Downloading now, looking forward to this mix. Such a fine looking tracklist too. Your mixes never have disappoint.

Cairo is actually the song this entire mix is based on. I've really wanted to use it in a mix for a long, long time.
