How to change the monitors between the dj-gear and the computer

What device can let me change the gear easily between the dj-gear and the computer?

The dj-gear (mixer has XLR outputs) and the monitors also have XLR outputs while the soundcard on the computer has balanced TRS-outputs.

What should i do?

looks perfect for the job

edit: looking at the back of it, it looks like it's basically the opposite of what you want. or maybe i've just connected a few too many thc cables today.
