Need some help/advices/opinions

Hello buddies.

You might know me as the worst producer around here.

Anyway...

I am trying to work on a track right now.

Have made 16bars where I elaborate the project putting its foundations.

Would like very much to hear your opinion on the mixing so far, the overall feel of the piece (of you like it, what sounds right/wrong) and if you think I should finish the track or just abandon surrendering.

Didn't put it in the artist promotion section cause I'm not at that level yet, also...seems like the most prepared users are posting here mainly.

Actually I thought to use that as a verse, not as main melody.

But yeah, it is basic. I'm still having hard time to put the various pieces of a track (arrangement), to obtain something fluent and logical.

I've started producing around 1 year ago...but didn't have a lot of time to improve my skill cause work takes big part of the day.

Thanks for the opinion.

its not bad at all

you've got basic elements in there and with a bit more work this can sound pretty decent

however the melody itself doesn't go anywhere.

word of advice, just throw in as many melodies as you can and start arranging your track from there, you have a lot more musical elements to work with so it doesn't sound too repetitive
