This may be a tough one- can anyone help me out with this track?

I have been able to confirm that the background tune is the Dave Clark remix of Soul Heaven by Goodfellas...mashed up to a voice going "rock the whole place from the front to the back" (which I think was featured in a song by Cut Masters?)...but after searching and searching, nothing has come up. It's the farthest I've gotten. I think it may be under a completely different name and title and I need your help...
