This has happened in Toronto before as well (I've been told)
Not cool
added to the list of clubs never to go to:
Mansion Miami
The customer is always right
i went to mansion a couple years ago to see deadmua5 while i was there on vacation..... ( i also went back for bob sinclar + big ali)
Even with a ticket i had bought ahead of time we were forced to wait over an hour in line (they were clearly holding the line) while they escourted the girls and bottle service partons in.
2 rounds of tequila shots + 1 mixed drink for 3ppl was about 95$ after tip... ill never forget that lol.
My other friend had come late and the only way he got in was buy buying a 400$ bottle which came with a tiny tiny tiny booth.
in addition the entire club is essentially bottle service with bouncers who are quick to shove/push you if you get within 3 feet of the ropes. there is a tiny dancefloor in the front of the club similar to guvernments which is the only "good" area.
Overall its a very nice looking club with a decent crowd. but wow is it different then toronto!
That is bunk!

disrespectful to the dj that they booked, but hey they booked him - as long as they paid him in full the club can do what they want... probably figured they weren't going to sell as many $15 cocktails unless they got their resident back on the decks to drop some (read: cut the) cheese

| Originally posted by Ozmzis Nope, it did not. The venue forced us to shut down earlier but that had nothing to do with what kind of music that was being played or who was playing. |

I wonder what track they kind him off after.
Generally I already find Dennis Ferrer tunes pretty universally acceptable and good. Awesome pumping booty shaking house tunes.
