[ID] Old trance track 1994

Hi there,

I`m in need of help ID`ing this nice track. It's probably from mid 90s (1994-1995). After some investigation i found out two things: 1. the voice and lyrics which appear in the track were taken from Gabrielle "Going Nowhere (Law House Mix)" (1993). The second thing, the similar "whisper" motive we can hear in Antiloop "Nowhere to hide" (1997). The sample: Unknown artist - Going nowhere (1994)?

Any guess? Thanks in advice for any help.
