Anyone know anything else about this place? anyone have a guestlist hookup?

i'm not 100% on going, so i don't want to get tickets (especially because it's 18+, yuck). would much rather get on a guestlist and decide sat night...

e: SFEDM lists it has "525 howard", but the event says:

30 Tehama St, San Francisco

kind of like 1015 folsom = 103 harriet. same venue, different entrance. and yes, very rave 18+ crowd.
