Skiing vs. Ice skating

I'm not good at ice skating. I'm pretty good at skiing, but nobody else really likes it. Too bad I have to pick the other one as my activity on tomorrows sports class. Either way I seem and feel like an idiot.. Help!

hard to compare the two events, isn't it? I've never done either, but I would think downhill skiing (sp?) would be much more of an adrenaline (sp?) rush?
