ok.. so im looking into buying some new needles.. my current ones are wearing out and ontop of that id like some better ones...

whats "the shit" as far as needles go? and how far will they set me back?

also, is the sound quality THAT much greater then middle-range needles?

Can get them on audiolines.com for about $90 or about $180 for pair........call them and try to haggle the price down alittle

Soem ppl say they are the industry standard in clubs......

Okay, I've got an ortofon concord pro on one deck and a stanton 500al II on the other deck and i can't tell any difference betweent the two. The major difference is that the concord rides a lot smoother than the stanton. I have a track that came with some skips in it, but the concord just keeps playing through them.
