Best WAVE sampler Editor?

Hey i was just wondering, what is the best program to use to edit my samples to add in my wave sampler?

I've got both, although the version of wavlab is old. Sound forge is great, you can't go wrong with it. I have 5, haven't used 6 yet

Cool edit pro 2, iv tried others but this one is so easy to use and quick.
