Hello Partypeople!!!

I`m searching an old Song which I�ve once heard in a Technoclub here in Frankfurt. I don�t know anything about it beside an Popular German Hip-Hop artist who covered the original Song and used it as a beat here is the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7bN...feature=related it starts right at the beginning. thanks for your help p.s i don�like hip-hop but i don�t know how to describe the song
