Doesn't qualify as something scumbag steve would say or do, but I think the descriptor 'scumbag' is apt in this instance: for the past 20 min i've been unintentionally eavesdropping on a fight some neighbors have been having in and out of the hall, doors slamming and opening again. This (very black sounding) dude yelling at his girlfriend "you worthless ****. man fuck you. get the fuck outta here ya ****." I would never say shit like that to a girl, or anyone in general (i hate that word, tbh). Then I had to listen to her crying in the hall followed by him opening the door 10 min later to hear her sob something about 'i love you' and then he slams the door again.
