well ive finally gotten round to doing a mix that truely defines my trancey style

nova plays listener mixes every week on Rush sometime in the early hours of the morning.. worth a shot eh

go for it. I don't think they'd want some of the utter crap that i've been playing lately. Maybe i should try my hand at it some time

nice taste! i made a playlist in winamp for a 'mix' (if i ever get around to using the programs i have), it has 4 of the same tracks yours has!

Just a quick question. How did you make your mix? Was it using CD decks, vinyl or your computer?

Remove the tribal mix of The sound of goodbye and add the rising star remix.


Remove lethal industry...the beats will not go well with having solarcoaster in their...If you think thats good then you have a bad ear dude...no offence.

what are you talking about? the beats and momentum in sets change as they progress.. i dont understand your logic here.. solarcoaster is track 1, lethal industry is track 8, not all the songs in a set have to have the same beats especially if they are seperated by what, 7 tracks?

look at one of tiestos recent sets, he has tracks like Dirty Vegas - Days go By, Way out West - Mind Circus (G&D Mix), Solarcoaster and then later on shit by Umek and Dariush - Ira.. well then I guess tiestos tone def too, probably pvd aswell now that you mention it..

Hey Jace!

I had a listen to your mix - top stuff mate! You should submit it to that radio station people were mentioning. Flawless mixing, tracklisting was very well selected.

Grrrr ... when am I ever going to save up enough money for TTs. There was an American staying at college last semester who had TTs (Vestax), so I learnt how to use them and trust me, after five minutes on TTs, you'll never turn back. It's just so much easier to mix with them. Cueing's a little harder naturally, but beatmatching just seems to come together so easily, which means that you can concentrate on other stuff like nice EQ mixes etc.

Sorry to bust your bubble but did you just say you knew about the listener mixes before me...LOL...

I was the one that introduced the listener mix to Jimmy Z and Tom Brown....

They would have never put the listener mix program if i they didn't listen to the mix....They listened to it and they wanted to put it on ASAP...


I know ,no is trying to compete as you can friggin see...i was trying to point out what i thought of the tracklistin...It's good...but then again they don't do it for me.
