Modern Female Vocal Prog/tech House/trance From Circa 2011, Does Anybody Know?

Guys, can anyone please assist with helping me identify this unknown vocal tune played by Matt Hardwick at his final London gig at Ministry in July 1st 2011.

I've not had any joy getting this one recognized and if anybody can ID this vocal, I'd be very pleased. I emailed Matt but sadly didn't hear back. It's a lot harder to figure out because it is a warm-up tune with a build-up and Matt was playing some interesting tuneage on that night from house & minimal techno labels like Defected & 1605 Music Therapy. There is also some distortion in the recording - apologies in advance for that.

Female Vocal tune, and you can hear the vocal which is the most distinct part and is the only vocal tune that I haven't yet identified.

Think the vocalist who sounds a little similar to Delilah (from Chase & Status - Time) says something like "Do what we can", "You Only Care/Can" or "You won't be there" and I'd greatly appreciate any help on this one, even like who the female vocalist could possibly be? Please can you help? Thanks
