Honestly if its not markus or someone you really like whos gonna stay up til 4-5 when they have work at 8-9. And markus plays fridays. This idea was a slap in the face to trance

im sad...i really enjoyed going on thursdays. The crowd is better and you have room to dance. i cant get myself to go to pacha on the weekends anymore...for ... anyone.

Thursdays were really great at Pacha, tbh. It was the only time at Pacha you really had the proper amount of room to dance and enjoy yourself.

I wonder if they were losing money?

maybe? you gotta think.... guest list was usually free... then, people aren't going to get HAMMERED if they have to be up early the next morning.. therefore the bar didnt make a killing im assuming.

You also have to think about the cost of overhead and also how many of those people came in on a free list and didn't even buy a drink

lots of dj's stay overseas in europe

as for the party i only went for hernan a few weeks ago and it was def a good size crowd as well as a good music driven crowd
iam gonna start to have thursday nights off from work, so if they do return with some decent dj's i will def check the party out

I went for Ferry and it was RAMMED. Went down to the floor for a bit, and it took about 15 minutes to reach some friends I wanted to say hello to. But, I agree that if it isnt someone on my top 5 (or maybe even top 3), I am not taking the Friday off just for a party.

It seems a monthly trance Thursday @ D36 has emerged in it's place. Unrelated promoter. Let's see how that one does. It's really tough for me to go out on Thurs but I will try it out for Coldharbour night and see how it goes.
