Looks like a getting a release on a label should be the least of your worries. Focus on mixing and making some better quality tunes. Honestly, does it sound like this would fit in any dj sets?

well i appreciate your honesty, dont hold back now!

did you check this one?

It has a lot of plays and sounds very much like the link you posted.

Cheesy, boring melody lines. If you seriously think you are making "big tunes" you might as well give up now.

so charming and positive, thanks for your inspiration!

did you listen to this one?

I would hardly call it boring or cheesy:

No, I listened to the one you posted above.

Sounds amatuer at best. =]

Not saying its bad but if you are expecting any type of label with that level of knowhow its not happening imo. I don't care how "big" your new track is I've heard all your songs and any newbie in his first week producing can make music like this.

You're missing out on too much groove, you're not offsetting things, not making your bass drive properly, some cheesy pluck type sounds, the pad is annoying as all hell (this is for divide the universe) and overall sounds like a newbie made it.

Don't let it murder your ego though I'm just saying you got a long ways to go for any type of label....

I'm going to have to agree with the rest, sounds newbish at best.

I'd advise you to look up the kind of music you think you're producing and listen to it and then listen to yours, learn some self-criticism.

No good song has ever been made with the producer saying ''this is going to be big'' etc. so instead of patting youself on the back, think about what's wrong with your tracks and furiously compare them to ''professionally'' made music.

Thanks to Robby for a sensible, pragmatic response.

For what its worth I have had considerable success with music in other genres but only recently started writing (trying to write) trance music.

If anyone can suggest how to get more experience, any books I can read, tutorials I can do etc that would be appreciated. I have done almost every tutorial on youtube and if you listen to my older stuff you can see how far I have come in only 6 months.

Also to the haters, please let me critique your music honestly, post a link, I am guessing you wont.......

Well for reading material I'd suggest this

Also you're not the only one in the world who doesn't know how to write music properly in your starting years, and yes, years is what it takes to be any good. Experience matters more than anything else in music, maybe a bit of talent as well.

And since you asked http://soundcloud.com/wize183

Why? Would that make you feel better about your own tracks? You decided to post your stuff here for feedback, so take it like a man or sod off.
