Good Business . . . . . .

I recently ordered some vinyls from www.cyclotronrecords.com and the guy told me that the records were suppose arrive by sept 9. Well, its sept 9 and I still havent gotten them. . . ..

So i wrote them an email and he said that he might give me a free record if it was their fault. . . . .

Not sure if hes gonna just give me some crappy ass record or if hes gonna let me pick, but if i get to pick . . . .. . what should i get?

good idea most people give companies a 2-3 day breather on the date they set anyway, if they come on the 12th of september, no biggie is it?

cyclotron has the nicest and quickest response ive seen from an online store. www.musicesp.com has the worse. The guy that deals with orders is a jackass on a powertrip, then he emails you back saying that hes "one angry cow." Although they do have very cheap deals, they have 13 year olds working there.

thats kind of funny, but yea, chris simental is the guy that takes care of orders.
Also, I have to add that one of my records (flight 643) was skipping and I called them up about it and they sent a copy free of charge with no questions asked. Thats awesome.

The record was only $5 and i know some places would make me send the faulty record back with shipping probably costing more than the record itself.

Chris, you guys fakken rule.
