Hey so I've noticed on the event thread page that the hype for this show is getting fairly huge on the facebook community, something like 300+.
So was just wondering who is coming out for this on tranceaddicts community?
I will be attending with at least +5

Debating it, but I have a feeling itll be rammed.

Might just wait til she shows up at stereo.

Although my best chance of asking her out for coffee is at footwork...

Anyways, I'll be at a wedding all day and the afterparty at night, so will be missing this! Too bad

Yes but sometimes footwork is so crowded that it's not even possible to enjoy the night... I wish on some nights they would let less people in and so the ones inside would get such a better experience.

I agree with this sometimes, but it only ever gets like that for an hour maybe two tops. Sasha was an exception that night, was pleasantly surprised with the amount of people that showed up for it, had such a great time dancing and listening to his set, probably had something to do with the higher ticket price, but I felt it was well worth it for that kind of experience

Beyer+Engberg was disgusting (music was good, the fact I couldn't move was bad), that's all I know.

I don't know if anyone can top that night in terms of sweat and salmon-cans.

Also, I think the sound needs an overhaul in there....

..but dont get me wrong, its still my favorite place in Toronto.

Agree a bit with the comments on the sound. The last few times it's been up too high and the distortion was a bit tough to deal with. Any sound techies here know what the issue might be? Is the master just being turned up too high instead of proper equalizing at a lower volume? Are the speakers just old? I often wonder why it's so tough to get the sound working crisp in the clubs I frequent...

Lol, Guv will prolly be less rammed today than footy Anyhoo, I hope she reads the crowd a bit better than last time at the wrongbar (love her tho!)

what was with the three lines lol the normal line the bouncers werent even letting people, i guess for favourites.. my friends left because of this and prob wont return- im glad i stayed though, up there with set of the year possibly. my best time at footwork this year aswell...might have to go solo more often

I didn't see her at wrongbar,but her programming, flow and selection were top notch last night. No one can come close. Even Maceo Plex

I saw her almost a year ago at Wrongbar and hardly anyone was there...I thought this booking was strange for Footwork personally.

I saw Maya @ Electric Zoo this past Saturday. SHE KILLED IT!!! That was a monster set. Of course Paco came out on a tear... but Maya was much more enjoyable. Sexxxxxy
