Pappa

Hey Montrealians!

Anthony Pappa is town for you progressive house fans.! This guy is my top 3 for live DJS. He isn't a real crowd pleaser but his track selection is fucking AMAZING!! . This is his Resolution CD release party?? I have had the cd for a month now and still am not sick of it. Deep Dirty House!!! Upbeat and easy to dance to. Saw him at system...was supose to be a sober night for me.... pfff about an hour into his set I dropped and didn't leave till 6:00am.
If he doesnt show in T.O. I am comming over to Montreal FOR SURE!! Take my advice on this !!
M@
LUCKY bastards!!! I hope he comes to Toronto to save me a 4 hour drive......

and his resolution cd is pure ass! unless you like boring bog standard progressive.

to each their own i guess...

Well sohaness,

I guess I do like the "boring bog standard progressive" as you would say. In fact I am a huge progressive house fan, probably just as much as I am a trance fan. Im sure there are others in this forum that like it also.
I was at his last System appearance, and his New Years Eve 2000 appearence at System and I can say after partying for about 4 or 5 years now, I have seen a lot of DJs, and every time I see this guy he drops the sickest progressive sets I have heard. SO! Like you were saying "to each there own" then why don't you keep your unintelligent remaks like "unless you like boring bog standard progressive" to your self as obviously I do!

M@

P.S. His resolution CD is wicked "Boring bog standard progressive"!

i am also a prog fan, but this is a msg board shawzy, so i can say what i wish!

i guess all the reviews that i've read about pappa's set at system are wrong then, because shawzy, who's been partying for 5 years says so...goof.

Im not trying to start anything just sticking up for who I think is one of the best DJ's. Your making assumptions on (A) A DJ you have never seen (B) what all the reviews are saying - what reviews? (C)Some one who you claim to be boring bog and standard?? and you claim to be a progressive fan , and then calling me a goof? HAHAHAHA Goof!!
