You cannot go in to a government building and try to force your way past security with a camera, especially when you won't give them your name and start quoting freeman/survivalist bullshit. Has potential threat written all over it.

Aside from the crazy rantings, even just from a security point of view a camera could be a weapon; Ahamd Massoud (the Lion of Afghanistan) was assassinated by two fake journalists with an exploding camera.

i saw another video with some dumbass who got kicked out of a park earlier today, and pulled alot of sea law in the court, but because of the way he worded himself (my last name is bla, my friends call me bla2) the judge told off the cop for not doing his job and threw out the case. which was you know.. whatever.. but the guy acted like he fuking had just pwnd the judicial system.. it was quite pathetic, and i wish he'd been tazed too.

What I don't understand about these guys is if they are so smart, then why haven't they realised that most people are idiots? What kind of reaction is he expecting to get? Does he really think the security guards are going to join in on some philosophical conversation?

he isn't smart tho. It doesn't take a poet to understand that what he is saying is complete nonsense. Like the sort of rhetoric you would buy from like an Alex Jones type site. The comments regarding the fact he knows his rights are just as delusional. He is the one that physically provoked the guard. Not the other way around. I do think they replied with unnecessary force but this is the USA.

Yeah, I guess you're right. The guard tazed him pretty fast after his attempt to get through. He wasn't even trying to go through a second time, as far as I can tell.

gave a warning. Guy doesn't co operate. That is enough to taze someone in the USA. And i'm pretty sure those aren't just hire a cop security.

Best line. You are impeding my freedom to move. They could of arrested him and charged him with assault but given that his camera footage is still there, i'm guessing they were nice and told him to fuck off.

Any publicity is good publicity right? I'm not sure this guy can be called an activist as he's done nothing to support his cause as far as I can see.

Funny, I had a cop try and use the same type of line on me once. Thankfully, I did in fact know my rights, made him look like an ass, and he eventually backed off and let someone else step into the situation who was able to handle it more properly. the law happens in court. Right or wrong, not doing what a police officer says is not a good idea. If he wants to look inside your bag, telling him about your right to not be searched like you are teaching him a lesson will get you the handcuff sit on the curb while he talks to his partner about the game.

This sort of shit only works if you actually are a lawyer and can name your firm you work for. Police spend a good deal of time in court houses. It isn't hard to tell when someone read your rights and what they mean to you : intro to law abridged with pictures.That or there are lots of witnesses. Unfortunately if you are alone , the police can and will do what ever they want which usually depends on how much of a douche bag you look like. Like do you look like the kind of person someone would pay to slap.

I find cops at least where i live pretty reasonable. As long as you are polite and just suck it up , you will be fine. Of course i'm not 18 and I look like I pay my taxes so perhaps i get treated better because i look like the kind of guy you would want to introduce to your sister and shit.

The video put such a smile on my face.
