hehehehe. good post henkie. i was gonna say the same thing about the hotties. lol. not a bad site though...the little flash thing at the beginning made my expectations a lot higher. then it was like an html site.

but hey evreyone has an opinion. as for the layout, i am constantly working on improving it. I would love your suggestions of what should go where. any help is appreciated. i need to get a lot more knowledgable with flash before i do anything too creative, but by the end of my quest i would like to have something like the http://www.vir2l.com site. amazing flash 5 animation.
i work with vir2l occasionally actually. 
and yeah..that will definitely take some time. there's also quite a large amount of javascripting involved as well. i'll take another peek at your site a little bit later and get back to ya.

Okay when i get to the site.. (me as an experienced internetter) hardly know where to click..
Thats a lay-out graphical thing
Just throw away the stuff you have now and make a "standard" lay out.. First try that.. Have a few sections.. but try to have as less sections within these sections.
When you link to a page or a section make sure you can see its really a link.. for an example the text on the left in the blue bar.. Theres a link in it but youll only find it when you go over it with your mouse.
Okay ill say it again there are just 2 many things on it man!!
* What to do with the email stuff?? on the right in the blue bar?? spam it?? bomb it?
* You stuffed some mp3s/music lists.. in a small space between some bars and the Party review section.
* you should make that look better.. and have a diff section for the party links and the musiclists
agreed. i never did find a purpose of the email on the right.
there is a much simpler layout that can quite effective.
try and make the horizontal menu divide the sections up(you can put all of the emails on the right in a section called guvcrew contacts or something), make the menu lower and have a banner above it...like a logo or something...because my eye immediately goes to the center instead of the menu..which is in my opinion where you want your visitors to see first. and by a banner i mean like a logo or a small splash image. this will maximize space and give you LOTS of space under it and the left side can be used for other things of your choice. i wouldn't use the right side for stuff as it distracts the users eye. you could also work with frames and have a frame in the center underneath the menu change according to what link is clicked.
simple, yet effective. internet users want their sites loaded and loaded quickly.

eh...?
click on the little flash animation and that'll take you to the main layout. then click on the pictures button at the top right.

i still think you should move the menu to the LEFT side devilboy....we read from the left to right. it'd be more logical that way. put the album info or whatever on the right.

now you need to balance out the left and right side by stretching the menu so that it's not too close together. the buttons i mean. it looks totally off if it isn't, from a artistic point of view.
