"Magic" is the art of dillusion, the art of making people believe what is not really true. And just about like anything else, it can be learned at special (theatrical) schools... Nothing to do with gifts, supernatural, etc...

I think that you have 2 types of magic. Threes magic and magick.
Magic is were you have a magician that comes and plays with your eyes to make you think that something is happening when actually there is nothing happening it's only the trick of the hand as they say which for most part is a very cool optical illusion

Magick on the other hand is part of a religion called Wicca. Yes they do cast spells say chants boil eye of newt with dragons blood in a cauldron (not totally those things but more or less the idea) but it's there way of saying prayers to the gods that they believe in for their religion.
True there are psychopaths that take it to the extreme such as "The Craft" or "Practical Magic" . But in reality it's just another religion that some people believe in and follow.

btw there is such a thing as dragons blood it�s just a name it�s not ACTUAL dragons blood.
