Arkansas candidate for House of Reps pushes a bill to allow the government to kill kids if they are 'rebellious'. Says its okay because the 'bible supports it'.

I am seriously at a loss as to why and how these absolute psychos keep getting elected into power, and worse, how they actually have support from the common people.
