African Vocals

well i dunno why but i am getting into that sort of like high pitched chanting african vocals, like for example the sort of vocals you hear in teh soundtrack of black hawk down. Any suggestion on some songs with some sort of african vocals? any genre of electronica will do

Have you ever tried to loof for "african" in any mp3 search engine? Results are amazing. I've got some african chants in my mp3 directory, but I can't find it now

Look for ladysmith black mombazo, for example... they're kind of funny though, I don't know if that's what you're exactly looking for

Try out 'African Harvest' by Nalin Inc - utilizes African chanting throughout the song.

if you're talking about the movie black hawk down then those aren't African vocals but Islamic vocals.

"it began in africa-ca-ca-ca"
chemical brothers - it began in arica

It depends... both in Portuguese and Spanish, "me casa" would mean "Marry me (with someone else)... in Italian (and Port. and Span.) it may also mean that you've got a house named "me" like "Windows ME"... however, "su casa" means your house in Spanish, which leads to a conclusion:

its name is mI casa, su casa (it's on Mastercongo's sign in case you've seen it)

Beside, don't confuse Italian and Latin, it pisses Mako off

ARRRRRRGHHHHHH

hahaha

well no.... italian has really broad latin roots... our discussion was considering italy a latino country...

Latin: Italy, France, Spain, Rumania, Portugal, Andorra, Malta, Monaco and all regions colonised by these countries

Latino: Spain and all regions colonised by this country (I don't believe Brazil and Portugal can be considered latino too... can we? )

You agree with me now, don't you, Mako?

Mako, why dont you take a bag, PACK it an leave for Africa?!
