17 is possibly the worst age ever

i mean, i can get served and into bars and stuff but the uptight assholes at clubs near me only let u in with passport or driving licsence which i'm not dumd enough to get faked. I mean theres all this stuff about TA's meeting up for TA nights and shit and it just winds me up that i can't go. Oh well, just another five months to go...

It depends... I wish I could turn back in time and be 17 again (I'm 19)

I'm 16 and I know how you feel my friend. I can't get to go see any cool people either. Like Sasha, Tiesto, and John Digweed. They're all coming to Atl...and I have to miss it Why? Because I'm underage!!!!

Just tryt to give the doorman a 20 and see what happens.

Wot im 17 and have never been ided going to clubs like godskitchen, gatecrasher and slinky and pacha, hehe

So im sure you would get in fine

It is the pubby clubs in yr local town that take id. Big clubs dont really care

17 is the worst age ever! when i was 17 i kept saying thsi to everyoen but theyre alwyas like nah 18 is the worst age or 19 or whatever age they werem, and it was annoying! but belive me 17 is the shittest age!

burt as far as superclusb r concerened u dont need to worry bout being the right age, coup used to go when he was 16!

I'm 17 and I don't have any problems here, the age to go into clubs here is 19 and when i got i use my brothers drives linence no problem guy doens't even look like me..but it says 20 it even works here in the beer store no body really cares so long it says above 19. Tonight I'll be going to some big party here in the neigborhood a lot of trance will played and for $10 you can drink what you want so most of those guys are underage there cuz there is nothing to do...so i don't have a problem with being 17. For fake ID I'd say try you're brothers linence otherwise try like a friend's or nephew you can always try they won't take you're ID.

sorry peeps but i goto dissagree, 17 is the bollox age to be, youre young, hopfully in good shape, get into clubs (i would prolly be ID'd 'up town' but ive been Gatecrasher, Gods Kitchen and regularly PaSSion and ive never been ID'd (touches wood), get served, drive, and i love it because youre young but yet have a fully developed body (waits for the piles of piss taking to come in) so u can goto a 10 hour party and dance the lot and enjoy yourself, work long hours and rake in money and be able to manage them, be althetic! im gona stfu.

i feel for u mate up until 19 days ago i was in ur shoes. Being 17 sucks. Especially when u look so young and cant get in anywhere. Only just been to my first club 2 days ago and it f00king owned!!!

Yeah 17 does suck at the fact each night u need to think of a backup just incase u dont get in BUT at 17 u dont need money as much as you will when u are older.

no way... 16 is much worse... you have less experience then and that means you aren't good enough in many things...

I'm 18 now,and I loved the age 17...I had problems,but these didn't relate to my age

You say this but when yer older and have so many more responsiblities you'll wish you were 17 again. True, probably between 18-22 are some of the best years of your life but you still are pretty free of responsibility when yer 17. Don't be in a rush to get older, you'll get into the clubs when you're old enough...and it will be great cuz you will have been waiting so long to do it. BTW, I'm 17 too

So true ... Tell you what. I'll trade you MY ability to go to bars, go to clubs, vote, purchase alcohol, porn, and cigarrettes in exchange for YOUR ability to sleep in late, work mindless jobs, live off of parents, go to college, get drunk all night, bang hot coeds, lead a life of blissful ignorance, etc. etc. etc. You can even have my overpriced cell phone that makes me a slave to work ... how bout that?

and Berlin too....When I was sixteen I went to Tresor Club Berlin and nobody kicked me out 'cause my young age
I thing too...u know if u are under 18 u can't watch horror movies in da cinemas...I watched Resident Evil with my 14-year old cousin...so the security men/ticket collectors aren't as strict as u say

Here in Belgium, you can legally drink from the age of 16, but they never ask your ID, so you can do it from 12 years.
And the beer here in Belgium is the best in the world.

So Belgium isn't so bad after all

here you got plenty of clubs for any age, and even if you don't have ID and you wanna go to a 21+ club or something like that and you look good enough you might get in. and as for alcohol, it is legally served at the age of 21, though at most clubs they don't ask for id, and sometimes not even in bars, besides i don't know how it works in the U.S but you don't need an ID to buy alcohol if it's not being serves... like in a supermarket...

with the exception that school sux, 17 is pretty nice around here.

Well, thats Germany tho. You can drink, buy cigarettes, and go to clubs at 16. I was there in February and enjoyed this throughly. It was funny though cuz I was surprised when my friend had to ask an adult in a music store to buy a video game for him because it was an 18 and up game.
