How do you get vitamin A?

They have Vitamin A supplements- it's one of the only vitamins you can't get too much of, so go ahead and exceed your DV by a few hundred %.
A-nal.
Can you survive off supplements alone?
Don't take Vitamin A supplements.
Don't take vitamin A supplements
mmm this tea is good. Wish I had some lemon.
some WW2 trivia. When the allies acquired radar and were starting to intercept german bombers at alarming rates during the battle of london, they wanted to keep the secret for as long as possible. There was studies at the time showing a link between lack of vitamin A and night blindness. They basically spread misinformation that the pilots were given heavy doses of vitamin A which would actually improve night vision.
they ate a heavy regiment of carrots. They even started doing special orders of carrots to the royal air force to make it more believable.
That's good information!
just buy a good multi vitamin
There is no scientific proof to suggest that multivitamins do absolutely anything for your health. There are tests that suggest that they have no benefit at all.
are there tests that suggest that they have any benefits?
there are studies that show a correlation between lack of vitamins and certain processes that require those nutrients. The relationship isn't linear. You either get enough or you don't. The example i mentioned in hindsight is absurd because eating more carrots will not improve night vision even if lack of vitamin A can cause night vision deficiency. The only vitamin I can endorse as one you can have never too much are hugs from russell. Some say it is only a placebo affect. Some say getting penetrated by strap on from your girlfriend of 5 years is what they call a game changer.

| In fact, while some older studies have linked multivitamin use to the prevention of conditions such as breast and colon cancer and heart disease, the latest research has shown absolutely no impact on health and disease prevention, over time. Most recently, a rigorous, widely regarded study published last February in the Archives of Internal Medicine tracked more than 161,000 post-menopausal women over eight years and found that multivitamins had no effect whatsoever in 10 health-related categories, from the rate of the most common cancers, heart attack and stroke to overall mortality. |
The only time I take a multivitamin is when I know I have not eaten properly that day.
Otherwise I will take a Vitamin D supplement, which is recommended for people in northern latitudes, especially around here with the weather, where during the winter the amount of sun you get is diminished substantially.
I don't take multivitamins anymore but I do take fish oil

Fish oil is one of the only few supplements proven to be worth a damn.
Also, Shaman.
