Song thats been bugging me for a decade now!! HELP!

I would appreciate if anybody can answer my question.

Around 1998-2001 (give or take a year) there was a hit trance or dance video on tv.
All I remember is, the music video was of a small boy running or chasing something and running into I think different "worlds." That plus a young woman swimming in water. I think the final destination the boy arrived at was a water world or huge swimming pool where he sees the young woman in water & soon jumps in too.
Also I THINK the woman and boy were east asian.
This is not much to go by but I would really appreciate if anybody could finally tell me the name of the song!
This has been bugging me for 10 years every now and then!

Yeah, definitely the Arcadia Returning remix of Fly. Damn great tune. Brings back some great memories

Still trying to find that specific mix but that was the first trance song I ever heard which left me intrigued.
