General "hub" comment

I find the responses on this board regarding the topic disgusting. Instead of being helpful.. people are so quick to respond with "use the search button @(*#(@*#(@*@*(!@ !(*@(!*@(! !(*@(!" and berate the individual with the question. I have been on this board for awhile now. I know when the IP changed, it took a good couple of hours of dedicated searching to find the information.. Why.. because there are a lot of threads regarding the hub.. and secondly the threads are 16+ pages. So instead of creating a flame war, why not just say "hey its down.. " Why be abusive?

because its annoying and we feel like expressing our displesure.

its very annoying to see the same question being asked again and again.

It aint hard to find the DC hub thread, bookmark it, then you have it, simple as.

I understand its the same question of "its down, help".. but it has gone up and down for different reasons. It isnt because of the same event that happened 6 months ago.. it is recent.. A lot of people may not have the same experience as others, they may be new, they dont know if it is a problem on their end or not.. and they come to the place they feel they can get an answer the quickest..

And Dave, I am sorry for another thread.. and that you feel this issue is above resolution.

My point I guess is that more can get accomplished if people werent so condescending and high on themselves, and helped out more.

erm no, the hub is only ever down because it is broken/power outage, there is NO NEED WHATSOEVEr for peopel to go aroudn psoting help me quick threads just because they are so despirate to get back to leaching withotu being arsed to do anything themselves.

The really annoying thing is this, the hub has got nothing to do with this site, ppl even PM me and the other mods wanting to know how they qualify for the hub or PM me and the other mods begging us to let them into the hub.
I dont even use the damn thing !
it seems a good many of the more recent members of this site joined for one reason, to get onto this hub thing of yours.
And now without fail there is 4 to 5 new threads about the hub every day in various forums.
Every Day !
same old questions time and time again.
The mods of these forums are fed up with it and so are now a good deal of other members who want to discuss music and not how times the hub has gone down.

I understand this hub has its own chatroom, go there, not here, email or PM Bizz who runs the damn thing.
Maybe we just need to rename this site to hubaddict.com

Bizz: this is getting out of control, and u started this so please sort it out !
