Energetic song with female vocalist that goes "oh oh ohh ohhh"

I heard this song in the casino and couldn't recognize any lyrics other than these. Basically, during the breaks a female vocalist starts off singing oh oh ohh ohhh, with the first two being short, the second two being longer, and the pitch of her voice dropping a little bit with each successive oh. She has other lyrics afterwards, and the drops are fast, loud, and energetic.

Anyone have a clue??
