Dance Valley 2003 DVD

Ran a search through here and was a "little" surprised nobody has asked here before.

Basically, I've been searching for this track on and off since 2003 more or less. It appears on the DVD of Dance Valley 2003 and is not the 2003 theme song (which is Laidback Luke). All music identification software which I've tried since they started coming out have given me all kinds of "matches" - all of which are wrong.
