After goin to the Nec at the weekend i'm definitly goin to the summer sound system! 9 arenas wow!!! its gonna be unbelievable plus i get to see tiesto again and picotto who i am dyin to see live!

Were is this Gatecrasher Summer Soundsystem ? I�m from Sweden, I have thought about travel some soon, if i�ts not to soon i might even go there

And with That I mean having people like Craig david and Outkast playing might aswell fucking call it Top of the Pops not GC soundsystem

If u think that Craig David being there is bad, chill out. He is restricted to only one Arena.. which we should well be aware of and avoid: the Live Stage.

Plus there will be a Drum'n'Bass arena as well.

The Arena names on the top part are not all clear so I will list them in order from left to right:
Above Craig David it says Live Stage, next to that Chemical Generation Arena, GateCrasher Main Arena, and finally The Red Not Bed Arena, split into 2: Day and Night.

I will put special interest in the GC Main Arena mainly coz PvD will be in there, but I will also visit the Twilo Arena and Inside Out Arena. The rest are of no interest to me..

Same here I'm going to try and watch PVD, Oakey, Tiesto, Max Graham, and Snadra Collins in the main arena, but my mates are huge Picotto fans so I'll have to go in to the inside out arena, and also I might go and watch Sander Klienenberg theres a lot of Excellent Djs to pick from It'll be a tough choice if the times overlap

I have to say thou,if I am going to soundsys which Im gonna try my best to get a ticket this weekend,Im not gonna bother seeing them!

For all of u outthere u have never been to see a hip hop group, i have been to see biggy,lil kim, wu tang,busta, jodeci,shyheim and some german group called chemical somethin; to get to my point:

HIPHOP LIVE ACTS ARE SHIIIIIIIIIT! Most of'em can't sing,chant,rap or whatever u wanna call it with vocal backing equipment and the interruptions are as regular as the news on bbc24

and as well as that to ensure ur night is definetly a fucup

u get all the black twats who stand on the side and in the toilets on the bar and chill out areas who wanna fight people,rob them,diss them, stare at them, accuse u of staring at them...matey, stay away from hip hop live acts,those artists get enough fucking money from record sales as it is.

and please don't mail about racist crap,'coz im not and u would understand why-saying that is stupid if u met me.
As for outcast,im going to crasher and i ain't bothering with the fucking live stage and i agree with most of u above,our beloved shock-out events should not be mixed with money greedy pop live shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drum & Bass used to have a big atitude problem at most of the events around the mid to late 90s, its calmed down a lot though, I think were we'll get the problem will be the Garage arena but mind u no fucking trekker who wants to start shit wants to pay �45 to stand around starting fights! if they do their fucking even more stupid then I thought! But yes D&B used to have mass problems with the atitudes, But the violence on the Garage scene is getting heated gangs from the east and south ends of London are intent to have a war which generally fucks it up for everyone! but I suppose a lot of them wouldn't bother with paying �45 because their used to paying a tenner to get in to their clubs like most other people. But lets just hope we all have a good day, The musics defning, everyone there is happy, hopefully the weather will be hot, and all the djs turn up! Anyways I don't think some rudeboy gangsta from the old smoke is going to swap the city blocks, for a Northamptonshire field for the day because if they ever stopped off in Brackley the'd notice what a group of ugly petrol sniffers mingers looks like!

lol jason goldenarmz wasnt there the other week he was sposed to be but he missed out cuz of complications... poor bastard missed a right goodf night.. anyways sigmarius, dont be bashin hip-hop, cuz u obviously dont know what ur talkin about on the subject ive liked hip-hop for fuckin years... but i agree with ye this should really be a TRANCE/HARD HOUSE festival, not hip-hop, not drum n bass or garage.. but what Gatecrasher as a club play... which is trance and occasionally HH. I will be checkin out more than 2 arenas i think... i want to be checkin out those ppl i havent seen, e.g. ive seen tiesto like a million times now etc etc so i will be having a look in the twilo arena for a start.. and the red not bed + radio 1 stages look pretty fun too

i think we got some crossed wires somewhere, my friend, i have been listening to hip hop since the days of nwa and public enemy. if u on about dissing craig david, than yes u right i think its musical garbage,but in that case u cannot be that into it coz craig is NOT hiphop.anyways im sure u have similar feelings about ol'craig so what gave u the idea i don't like hiphop???

just to give u an idea what i do like wutang,heltah skeltah,smiff'n'wesson,biggy,tupac,dmx,eve,kim....god all the good stuff u hear on westwood...also like grand puba and more old school like p.e.,run dmc...hey,man i think hiphop i have spent the most money on out of all music directions, have not read the post about live acts, i have been to see the wu,busta,biggy and kim,craig mack,shyheim,jodeci(yes thats r&b i know)...but point is i would have not gone to see all those shows if i did not like the music would i know? my post meant to say if u looking for good vibes only without having crews hostile the place by standing around looking hard avoid hiphop gigs and freestyle competitions as it ain't for the light hearted. did not mean to offend u or anybody its all music afterall and all free mind ideas and skill(well supposedly).

X-press2, Peace Division and Sasha.. these 3 will fukin blow the place apart. ofcourse depends on ur style of muzic, but I like their deep, dark house style.

i get now why u said that, u just glanced at my post and saw HIP HOP LIVE ACTS ARE SHIIIIIT. OK, please read this from start to finish.

I have been to see a few live acts in my time and IN COMPARISON in respect to having a GOOD TIME,SHOCK OUT,MEET FELLOW RAVERS and so forth, for all that they are shit.Most artists have a daaaaaaammmmmmnn hard time recreating their flavor from cd to live concert (im only speaking for hiphop). I would nt say i have been dissappointed at the time but the amount of monies i have spent just to bob my head shout my lungs out and listen to somebody straining lyrical flavor on the mic i'd advise that it is not as important to go and see a rapper live if u into the music as it is to see a techno,trance or hardhouse dj perform live. its all about re-creation of atmosphere and understanding the sound and feeling. all my post was to convince is that hiphop acts are not a waste of time but not essential,well not as essential as a tranceparty and both should not be mixed.trust me im well into hiphop probably as much as you, matey.

Now we've sorted out the musical tastes!

Right all r we going to meet up at GC Summer Soundsystem? I'm going to check out the Main Arena of course because I've only seen Tiesto once! (U lucky sod Tu face), the Inside out Arena, and maybe the Twilo Arena for Sander! right I've seen the site map we've got the biggest arena but why the fuck is all the good shit near the Garage arena and D&B they could at least centralise everything! But anyways its going to be a wicked day hopefully! But we must organise how we're going to meet up?

Plan is to pretty much stay in the 'garage arena' haha like fuck! seriously now 'main arena' for most the night me finks hehe coz i wanna see PVD badly and Tiesto coz he is the man! and i will pop in the 'inside out arena' to see picotto and 'radio 1' to see Seb, but it depends on times slots hopefully they dont clash! im sure i will give most the arenas a look in coz its on for 18 fuckin hours innit!
oh yeh btw Craig David lives just up the road from me he used to hang out... outside saisburys by the subway haha.I'm not a fan of his but u gotta hand it to him he has done really fuckin well for him self innit, i mean the flyer for gatecrasher (uk's top trance club) has his name on it in big bold letters... oh well.
