ANybody know other good sites other than beatport, loopmasters, and sample magic to buy loops and samples?

Sample Magic is very expensive, I never bought there.

I always buy at Producerloops instead Loopmasters.

Wavealchemy is great for drums and one shot samples.

I buy at Myloops and freshly squeezed samples for more trance oriented samples, multisamples and kits.

For templates I recommend abletunes, myloops and nextproducers.

I bought it, its great, but you have to create your own sampler presets.

Run by head honcho at Berlin-based label FLASH, Florian Meindl. It's the Riemann Kollection, but soundstosample.com has a ton of great stuff. Surprised no one has mentioned this.
