I don't coz in the past when I've done it they always screw up and leave me with a bruise the size of a fist. Besides, I have type AB, so it's basically worthless for them anyway.

haven't yet, largely because of the blood scandal in Canada a few years back. i'll definitely donate blood when i think Red Cross (or whoever running the blood service these days) is trustworthy enough to stick a needle in my arm.

Well as said before, alot of people wont give blood on this site because they may take pills, and u cant give dirty blood.
