Separate prices for male & female tickets to Gareth Emery & Eric Prydz shows

Is this a new pricing trend? I buy tickets for events on a fairly regular basis but I've never seen different prices for male/female tickets before. However, now if you try to buy tix to Gareth Emery at the Marquee you'll see that male tickets are sold out. Eric Prydz at HQ in NJ has female tickets for $40 and male tickets for $60, lol. It seems apparent it has to do with these 'upscale' venues, but talk about blatant bias

Upscale venues pull this shit all the time. LIV and now STORY both do that. I usually just avoid these places.
