Is anyone going to Guv this Saturday to see Creamer and Syrous party?


#2: are cameras allowed? Sometimes they just don't let me take it inside, but then I see people snapping in there. How does it work?

Well, i know that camera's are allowed to special events... like the ones held in the Kool Haus and the events where the whole complex is open. We were able to bring in our camera to the summer's end party without any problems, but as far as bringing it in on a Spin Saturday night in the Guv.... i have no idea.

Im going to creamer which will be really good i cant wait till he plays fuck sonnet and u can bring in cameras

weel as for question #1, I am not going. But as for qestion #2 I got my cam in there no probs at all. I think the only time they do not allow cameras is when the got a promotional Invite only thing happening like the AXE party where kleinderg was spinning at Guv.

Was going to go to Guv. to see Creamer, but have since changed my mind and am seeing Hybrid. The Guverment has to be my least favorite venue and I can just imagine ( With Creamers sexual preferances) Im not going to be comfortable in the Guverment.
Plus all the Barbie Dolls and muscle heads...... nah, System is for me.

But Creamer will kick ass!!!! that Fuck Sonnet beat is halarious!

Im going...not to see Creamer though...id rather it be ONLY Mark Oliver that night but ah well...if Creamer puts me to sleep like I have a feeling he will ill head up to Skybar for some banging house from muzik from Manzone and Strong...

Creamer and SK have made some pretty big tunes but I dont like their cd, and I dont like any of their livesets...and from what I heard of his last 2 sets in Toronto he was nothing special...

uhhh, isn't skybar closed? as far as i know it officially opens on may24 and closes for summer's end for the season...

Skybar stays open until the weather gets unbearably cold...last year it was open all up to Thanksgiving day weekend. They are forecasting it to be around 27/28 for Saturday too so I cant see it being closed unless it rains like last Saturday.

Me and my b/f Stylez will be attending this! (I think).. haha, well as far as I know we will be there. Can you use free passes to get into this event?.. If not.. you won't see us there.

special, are you sure thats not patio you're talking about? i am almost positive that skybar closes after summer's end... well i was sure until i saw your post

Yeh, fuck Guv. At least for now...I MIGHT go to see Sasha (woooooooo) and Ferry/Seaman. But I think I will go somewhere else in the meantime...

if i had the time and money i'd actually go to check out the Syrous party..

Syrous is the name of a promotion company that put on events... it's like Purple Heaven, Destiny, Most Wanted Entertainment.... and Syrous is Drum and Bass (and breaks too now). Their headliner for that event is Dj Hype (Drum n Bass).

Yeah free passes will work for any spin saturday event... Unless you got one of their new ones which you have to get in by 11:30 and no special events . But it tells you on the card so if it doesn't ya got the old ones and they *should* work.

I think I'd rather go to the Syrous party too. It would be nice if they opened up the complex for the junglists (like they do for some events) but that is very unlikely.

In that case, Creamer sounds like an interesting option... even though from what I've heard so far from him (livesets, reviews of last parties) he should stick to producing only.

But then again, I've never seen that coke-head live, and I haven't been to Guv for a while now, so I guess I'll show my face there for a couple of hours (brunette, count me in)...

Anyone been to Skybar on a Friday? I'm goin tommorrow to see how it is.....

I know that they are a promotion company.. they used to throw amazing events.. but, I thought they stepped out of business and haven't seen them around in a while so I would like to check them out again..
But $30+ vs. free Creamer.. I'll see..
