Anyone find these things fun and collectable.

My chain so far is an ama preamp, chandler eq, 525 api, and the ana 660 fairchild clone. Mostly for guitar.

I'm sure that I would if I were to start. I'm sure that I would also go broke and end up divorced after buying a new unit every week, so I choose not to.

I like the idea, but I think the unit themselves are a little bit on the expensive side.

I wanted to get an Elysia Xpressor for example. The rack unit is about �950, the 500 unit is about �650-700. I might as well just get the rack.

Still want though.
