I hate top 5 lists. They are too hard. All in all a great year for all forms of electronic music. I'd say the release of "Bunkaa" was probably the best thing to ever happen to electronic music in a long time. Breakthrough original album and a must for any trance fan. Uhh huh huh. Ya anyway. *end sarcasm* I'd say progressive and breaks were the big things this year. Sashas "Airdrawndagger" is what I think of for 2002. Album of the year without question. Sashas finest hour. Trance was in full force though and it isn't going anywhere. Tiestos ISOS3 didn't disapoint. There were lots of great tracks this year. Here is hoping 2003 is even better. I'm looking forward to hearing new stuff from Hybrid, PvD, Chicane, etc. Bring it on!
