Any Decent Underage Clubs In the City?

So heres the deal, my cousin is visiting from FLA and really wants to check out the NYC clubbing scene. I have no problem taking her, problem is shes 17, obviously eliminates all the 19+ places. Does anyone know of any, even somewhat, decent clubs in NYC that will allow people of that age without issue or that have underage nights ( on the weekend of the 23rd?
